reporter Jean Rimbach continues her crusade to expose former Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of Detectives Michael Mordaga’s involvement in the murder of Lucchese crime family associate Frank Lagano:

Rimbach’s most recent piece covers the lawsuit filed by the estate of Frank Lagano against the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Englewood Cliffs attorney Eric V. Kleiner recently attached two previously unreported records by deceased New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice Investigator James Sweeney which revealed the extent of Mordaga’s involvement in the murder of Lagano.

Rimbach published another article as well raising questions about how Mordaga was able to generate the money to purchase a $1.3 million house in Paramus:

One has to wonder why Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir Grewal refuses to replace Mordaga’s corrupt friends who remain in the office including First Assistant Prosecutor John Higgins and Mordaga’s successor Robert Anzilotti.
